With Exped patented construction the Aerostat Synthetic 9.0 Mat uses durable 30 denier Nylon ripstop fabric and robust welded construction. It comes with an insulating R value of 4.0 suitable for year round backpacking and mountaineering.
With aself-sealing Gas Mask valve providing a two-way system for inflation and deflation of the mat it’s easier to use. Repair patches are supplied with the mat, handy if the mat gets damaged.
